More than just a newborn photographer in Melbourne.
Choosing the right newborn photographer in Melbourne is overwhelming. You can take comfort knowing that I am a nurse, a mum and a trained newborn photographer with over 5 years of experience. This skill set makes Lily of the Valley Photography become one of Melbourne’s most sought after Newborn Photographer.
Your baby is only considered as a newborn for a few days. No amount of love will stop them from growing too fast.
This is why I love documenting the connection and love you have with your baby. I also adore working with first time mums and new-again parents ensuring your experience is as unique as every baby. My newborn baby photo studio is located in Melbourne CBD. I also do on-location services for maternity and family portraits within Melbourne area.
Their first sleepy yawns, tiny fingers closed tight, pinkish cheeks and fine hair will only last in just a few days. They will never be newborns again and sadly, this period only takes a few days.
Professional Newborn Baby Photography
When a baby is born, a mum and a dad are also born. You may think that it all was fuzzy but every parent will appreciate photos that will remind them of the perfect moments. The “chaos” and achievements of each milestone are amazing, and there are times we just want to freeze time and beg for it to slow down.
But no matter how strong our love for our newborns, we can’t stop them from growing too fast. Because time is one thing we can’t buy back.
As a professional newborn and family photographer based in Melbourne, I dedicated my love and passion in capturing your precious loved ones through my lens and camera. I specialised in newborn to toddler, pregnancy and family photography. I would love to be part of your family’s most important moments.
Tell your story from pregnancy through baby’s first years including your loved ones.
Choose Your Melbourne Photography Experience
The best age for newborn photos is within the first month. Ideally between 5-14 days old. I take on a very limited number of newborns per month. This is to ensure my clients have flexibility in dates and the quick turnaround time for the images. It is highly recommended to make a tentative booking of at least 6 to 12 weeks in advance of your due date.
Infant photo shoot lets you capture your baby’s ever-changing personality. As a parent, we always feel that our babies grow bigger and older every day. You can book a baby photoshoot in a beautiful outdoor setting or in my Melbourne studio to capture every milestone.
Maternity photoshoot is best done between 32 – 36 weeks of pregnancy. This is the perfect period when your bump is proudly showing while you are still comfortable to move around and pose comfortably. No matter your ideal maternity photos, I will help you create an artwork you can proudly share together with your stories.
OUR NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
Lily of the Valley Photography is described by others as classic and elegant. I strive to combine my artistic eye, paired with my photography and Photoshop skills to create beautiful photographs of your loved ones. Throughout my Portfolio, you will see that my work, skill, talent and profession truly speak for themselves. Each session provides you with a beautiful portrait photography experience styled by me and personalised for you.
NEWBORN SAFETY HANDLING
Newborn safety is my top priority, with the utmost patience in mind and my soft, comfortable touch that newborns love; I’m an exceptional choice of a photographer. I’m immunised to further protect myself and customers, and I also completed the necessary and advanced training in Newborn Posing Safety to ensure that your newborn is always correctly posed during their session. Most importantly, our goal is for you to go home with stunning and beautiful pictures that you will treasure forever. Thank you for considering me as your Melbourne Newborn Photographer. I would love to invite you to my home studio and discuss more of your photography needs.
